Cons: totally disorganized and unprofessional hostess, unprepared for large crowds. 

Pros: good food, good music, good waiter (once we had a table)

We made reservations weeks in advance during a fight night to show up and be told there were no tables and there might be some in two hours. And when we asked how they would notify us if something came available, the waitress said "I'll come find you" or in other words not happening. After 20 minutes we found a waiter and told them we wanted to do bottle service and were miraculously found a table. 

The DJ was good and we had a great time once we were seated, but they obviously need to make some alterations to their reservation procedures if they are not going to honor them.  There are way too many other options in New York!

Horrible experience! We were treated horribly.  I came here for my sisters 30th birthday. I booked the VIP silver package expect there was nothing VIP about it. We were seated in the front of the club at the regular tables you can reserve for free. 

I Asked to speak to two different managers to be moved up stairs or another location where people weren't crowding/ sitting at our table every 2 mins and I was told my "500 dollars would NEVERR get me seated upstairs" and they decide where we sit every table is considered VIP. Meanwhile Upstairs was empty. Instead of paying $500 to be treated like crap I could've just paid the $10 coverage at the door and get the same results. 

Very poor management. Very disappointing. I would never spend another dime at that place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Elegant, classy and definitely not budget friendly, good food, helpful staff.. Attracts a "who's who" crowd.. Females appear to come to get bought alcohol
