I have nothing but good things to say about the Aluminum Company.  Vinyl siding & gutter helmet installation a few years ago-no issues & my home looks absolutely fabulous for being almost 30 years old.  I decided to use them this time for a complete roof installation & it looks great.  Big thanks to Dallas & Jared for making this a smooth process.  Phillip & Ronald did a great job with some service work after our roof install.  Eddie & Jose also did a great job reinstalling our gutter helmets & replacing a few helmets from storm damage.  Props to the guys that installed my roof (can't remember their names), it was a very challenging weather week, but they did a super job!  Very happy with all the work & the entire process!

We have siding and windows that the Aluminum Company installed for us several years ago.  We have been very satisfied with everything.  When we have a problem with a window or any siding, we call and they send someone out to fix our problem right away.  The other day Ronald Clark and Phillip Nichols came to our house to fix some trim on our dormer windows.  They were polite and very personable.  We were very satisfied with their work.  Nice young men.  The Aluminum Company has stood by their lifetime guarantee.  We do appreciate the way they have serviced us.

My house looks good great again. I called the Aluminum Co out after I had a prior contractor claiming 5 stars on Google and claiming to be a 24 hour response company did some claim work on my house. Long story short, that company did terrible detail work with the flashing and fascia work on the house. Flashing is detaching in areas because they weren't nailed down properly and the fascia had gaps. Not to mention, that company didn't provide my gutters which I had paid them for then turns around and tells me I owe him 1400 dollars for some other work he did. What a joke.

Anyway, I hired Aluminum Co to come out and fix everything along with installing my gutters (I especially like my 4" downspouts, The look so beefy on the house :-)) and they've made me feel good about my home again after 5 months of the prior work being started. Aluminum Co got my work done in 3 days!  I paid a lot in my opinion but this is the difference you get when you try to cheap out on important repairs.

My next purchase from Aluminum Co will be shutters and a storm door for the front of the home.

We had a very positive experience with the Aluminum Company of NC. Our inquiry for work was answered in a very timely manner initially, and throughout the whole project communication was prompt. The sales representative Kevin Bostic was very informative about our planned project and patient with many questions we had. The installation process was quick, even though our old home posed many challenges for Charles, the installer. He worked very hard on getting it right. We are very pleased with our new doors and windows. We recommend the Aluminum Company of NC very much. We will use them again in the future for our home projects.

The Aluminum Company of North Carolina has a very professional staff beginning with the salesman that explained everything and more about the aluminum windows, the installation, and the total amount of these windows and the financing--no down payment required. The company contacted us when they ordered our windows and contacted us to set up a time that was good for us to install the windows. 

The installers were great to work with (since my husband was home during the installation progress) of 1 and a half days. The day after the job was completed, Joe came by and inspected the inside and outside of the windows and explained how to clean them. He gave us the warranty information--and by the way these windows were life-time warranty--if we sell the house--this life-time warranty goes to the new home owner--which is a big plus if you are planning on selling your home.

The windows look great in come cases we have gotten new curtain for them. Our whole house were placed by the Aluminum Company of North Carolina and we are planning to use them again when we get ready to paint the outside of our home, along with replacing the wood along the trim work.

All I can give is praise to them for making our house a home again!!!! I can't wait to see the  electric bills!
