I used this location last year for my mother's birthday. I dealt with an extremely nice gentleman, who took excellent care of my $200 plus order. 5 stars, BUT... A few minutes ago I called and some rude lady answered, with an annoyed "hello". Not an ounce of professionalism. I introduced myself and asked if this was The Arrangement. She said yes. I asked if they were open, she said "not really". It's noon on Friday. I asked, so are you open or not. She said, "did you just call to ask questions"? I said, is this a florist and can I place an order? She said, "I can write down your information." I just hung up. I felt like I was inconveniencing the rude lady and I'm not going to force someone to provide me service, nor am I going give a credit card number to grandma with an attitude. Note to management, I already know you can design an arrangement fit for a queen, but please be selective of who you let answer the phone. I'm sure she has many talents, but customer service and phone etiquette is not in her strong suit. She has no place in customer service of any kind. Maybe a biker bar. Maybe it was the cleaning lady, and she was trying to cover the phone, while others were busy. This makes me sad that such a good florist is certainly losing business, due to this individual. You definitely missed out on a $200 plus order today.

Dear Emily you're so disrespectful. I called to check on an order that was supposed to be delivered on 2-18-2018 lord i have never ever celt so much hate. Twice in a row have i had issues my bf still orders from them. He likes to randomly send me flowers. Each time he spends over 200$ . anyways i called to check on my order i was polite all i asked about my order status since its now 2-14-2018. Ms Emily was so bitter with me she snapped and said well it's not in my shop and continued to shut me up i couldn't get a word in. I tried to give her order number but she quickly shut me up said call another place to stop calling them. This was my first time i called. I was shocked how i was being treated might be because i said my name is monica Garcia i feel racially targeted she got so rude so fast . shame for an individual to act like that. I feel so upset never have i been treated like this never been talked down on . i feel humiliated. She hung up on me when i asked for a manager. Waited an hour to collect myself because im emotionally upset and did not want to drop down to her level. 1hr later i called and asked for the manager she said he doesn't want to talk to you. I said ok but i need to speak to him she yelled and said he does not want to deal with you. I swear the disbelief i was being treated like this. I stayed firm and said i needed to talk to him. She hung up on me yet again!!!!!! At this point im angry i called back demanded for a manager to my surprise he answered the phone. He took my information down and the order number to look it up. He called me back 20 min later and i asked who do i speak to about ms Emily he apologized and said " i take full responsibility for her actions, but she is needed its a holiday" i explained how disgusting she was how i felt racially profiled. He said the business accepts all yet i felt so discriminated so little by his staff member Ms Emily. I have nothing possitive to say about my experience i feel so little actually . hope others have better experiences i hope no one else feels the hate and discrimination i felt.

I am absolutely speechless!!! These guys somehow came through the phone and pulled my idea of perfection straight out of my mind! I am so blown away! Top notch, prompt and friendly service with no surprises! Right on time at the exact price I was quoted!

Delivered a day late with the incorrect name of the recipient. Not to mention the lady I spoke with on the phone had a tone in her voice that made me think she was less than eager to be helping me. My arrangement was delivered to a friends house after his grandmother passed away so I'm not sure of the condition of the flowers - he never said anything about it but then again he's a guy.

I have used this florist to make a specialized casket spray for 3 different funerals. I didn't want something out of a book he took our very different ideas and made stunning arrangements every time, plus Terry is fabulous at his job, you can't go wrong.
