I picked out a bouquet online for my best friends birthday. I went ahead and called the florist direct to make sure they had colors and flowers available. They did have to make some substitutions on colors, but kept with the same color scheme, and they did not have the cute bucket container it showed thru Teleflora. However, she described several choices that she did have in stock  and said one she thought would be perfect! We handled everything with that phone call and she assured me, as we hung up, that she would take very good care of my friend. I received a picture from my best friend today, and her bouquet is beautiful. The substitutions they made were wonderful. I am very pleased with the customer service I received, and will use Norman Florist again!

I ordered flowers directly from them
My order came from Kentucky and the gentleman that helped me was fantastic. We talked over different arrangements, and I choose to leave the final decision to his discretion. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. His personal help and service was greatly appreciated. I have never experienced such personable service from a retailer (so far from home) . Big thanks again from Kentucky.

Best florist in town!! I have used this florist for 30+ years. They always have beautiful flowers. Whatever the occasion may be. I have used them for all of my life events. From my wedding bouquet to the death of my loved ones.

If it would let me I wouldn't even give them one star. Yesterday (9/28) was my mother's birthday and sadly she had to spend it in the hospital fighting for her life.. that being said my brother (who lives in SC) sent flowers.. when they found out that the wrong arrangement was delivered to her he called Normans flowers to discuss the mix up
this morning (9/29). Which was a mistake on their part (Mom didnt know there was a mix up untill after the fact). At around 9 am the owner him self barged into her room and tried to take the teddy bear that came with the the flowers out of her hand. After the unsuccessful atempt to take the bear, he turns and grabs the arrangement and took off. Never once did thus man announce himself, state why he was there or even apologize for their mistake. As a daughter I am beyond furious. I work in the hospitality buisness, I'm appalled. This whole situation was ridiculous. It all could have been handled in a more professional way.

 I guess times are tough for them right now because they really needed that arrangement back. Oh and by the way, they still never brought the correct flower arrangement that my brother had paid for.
