I’m so glad I took my Volvo XC60 to Volvo of Oak Park! They treated me like family. The Service Advisor, Robert Fellows, really went above and beyond to make sure my car’s issue was diagnosed correctly the first time, and with minimal cost to me.
Robert and the tech walked me through everything. They patiently explained what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how it needed to be done. I was very well taken care of! This dealership has earned my trust and a new loyal customer. I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a new vehicle a few weeks back on a Saturday and had a great experience with Liam Berry. He has a no-pressure approach and was exceedingly patient in answering all of our questions while showing us multiple vehicles with different trim / option packages. 

Post-purchase we encountered a few technical issues that required our vehicle be serviced. Robert Fellows and his team did an excellent job, keeping me informed of progress in real time. The work was completed on time as promised, and our vehicle was picked-up / returned to our home without issue.

Fantasteic Service!  My S60 was showing that I had a flat tire.  I stopped and checked, but they were all fine.  As I looked up I saw the big VOLVO sign at Oak Park and decided to pull in to their service department.  Here Marc greeted me and asked why I was there.  I told him and they immediately looked the car over.  Checked for nails in my tires, checked the pressure and reset the computer.  15 minutes later I was up to Autobahn speeds on my way from Chicago to Omaha.  Thanks you so much for your help!  0$ even.  THIS IS WHY I DRIVE A VOLVO.  We have a great community.

This is a follow up review I posted three weeks ago. In fairness, Autobarn Volvo General Manager Richard Kirkpatrick responded and took an action about it. He's able to work with me and match prices as stated to their promotion. Thank you Mr. Kirkpatrick! Consumers appreciate gestures like this.

We have been taking our cars to this dealership for more than 20 years.  They are terrific.  They are always extremely nice, know us on sight and always try to do the best for us and at the least cost.  My most recent experience was an example.  I was unable to open the trunk of my S80.  It turned out to be a simple matter and the dealership did not charge me a cent.  I think they are great.
