I have been coming here for three years. Have always liked their service, and the fact that they can drop me off at work while they work on my car! That was one of the biggest reasons why I would come here. Lately, there is never anyone around to drop me off or pick me up. This last time, I waited an entire hour to get dropped off, and an hour and a half before anyone was able to pick me up from work! I was in shock! They have always been so fast and amazing... Not sure what is going on or what changed - but I hope this improves! I was so disappointed, I was late to everywhere I needed to go! 

For this reason I would have given them 5 starts just a year ago.... to now 3 stars :(

The experience for me and my daughter with Sal at Hawk Chrysler Jeep in Forest Park is top of the line quality for purchasing a vehicle. I understand it can get busy. Some where very helpful and some still need work with customers service. Looking forward to next vist to see if it gets better. I would of liked for someone to go over the invoice better with me. I know somethings can be pricey.
But, If it can be broken down and explained better. The customers would feel better about their cost and  repairs of their vehicle.

I recently bought my 2018 Jeep Compass Limited with these guys. (Glad I paid attention during the Blackhawk’s games.)
What I love about their process is they are very transparent. I did barely any price negotiating. Right off the bat they came at me with their lowest and best price. They always printed out a sheet with all the numbers and breakdown of all costs and fees with everything. That actually helped a lot.
What can I say? This is how car buying should be. Smooth and effortless! I had visited a few other car dealerships before this and I was already aware of all the little ways the sales people tried to rip me off, so I came into this dealership with my guards up. They didn’t make any assumptions about me, they were always professional and they focused on my needs. Price was not the center of discussion. 
I had touch-points with multiple people during the process and every person I interacted with really gave me their attention and was very kind. I highly recommend Hawk Chrysler Dodge and Jeep.
