This parking lot is a scam. I parked here for 1h 7min and they charged me for 2h. So I decided to walk around a little and come bake before the time was up. When I exit, they charged me another $5, which didn’t make sense at all. Basically, I parked here for 2h but they charged my for 2.5h.

I am reading the reviews attached to this PARKING GARAGE. People seem to be evaluating TRAFFIC COURT which is right next door.
It's a parking garage,  you cannot blame IT for traffic court. 

That being said,  this is the cheapest garage I've found in Center City and usually go out of my way to park there for the price.

Pricing isn't too bad. Hate that you have to drive to the top floor and then come all the way down to get to the exit.

If you get a ticket don't bother fighting it, you will lose. The PPA is always right, you are always wrong and your violation will stand. It will also cost you more to try and fight because you will have to pay for parking while you are there. They want you to show up early and sign in but will keep you waiting 45 mins or more beyond your scheduled appointment time. The PPA is the city's cash cow and they make sure they get what the amount of your ticket and more. This experience has left me of the opinion that I will avoid Philly at all costs. I'm sure the PPA is killing the businesses there.
