The Beach House Restaurant is Bradenton Beach's #1 destination for beachfront dining. We're the perfect place for family meals -- with plenty of room for the kids to play on the beach while you enjoy a tropical drink and great food. We even offer happy hour Monday through Friday from 2-4PM at the bar! You'll feel relaxed inside our dining room or on the waterfront deck while listening to live entertainment. Our beachside patio is the picture perfect setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other private events. With a newly renovated inside dining room and bar, as well as an infusion of farm to fork, gulf to table, and pasture to plate menu items, the Beach House is the place to dine when you are on the island.

The food is great and the service is also great. We visit during a busy time of year and the service has been solid regardless. We love that we can sit on the beach or patio area and enjoy the view while eating. They also have a nice gift shop with quality merchandise available. We make it a priority to eat here each time we are in AMI.

This restaurant is lovely with really great seafood but the service is what put it over the top for us. Our night began when we went to another high end restaurant on a Saturday night at 8:30, well past the dinner rush. We were seated immediately and given water and then waited for about 20 minutes without being asked for our drink order. We finally decided to leave. Having been to the Beach House many times before, my parents suggested we walked across the street for dinner. Our server Ed was so professional and attentive! We told him the story of the previous restaurant and he took great care of us since he knew we were frustrated. We had our cocktails in less than 5 minutes. He made wine bottle suggestions when the one we wanted wasn't in stock, suggested a great dessert, refilled my father's soda without him asking, and was a genuine dream to have waiting on us. My parents live here for 6 months out of the year and they frequent the island's restaurants often. So, give that boy a raise because we will never go back to the other restaurant but we definitely will be back to the Beach House again and again!

We stopped in for a quick bite and some drinks and happened to arrive just in time for happy hour, which included 2-4-1 drinks and discounted appetizers. The drinks were tasty, if a little sweet. We tried wild boar, spicy shrimp and bruschetta, and I liked them in that order. We sat outdoors in the "lawn furniture" under the awning. It was comfortable and had a nice view of the beach. I'd visit again if I were back in town sometime.

The restaurant is beautiful! The view is gorgeous and the food good! The waiter was condescending! I can’t say our experience was great due to the service we had! He added a dessert to our bill right after we declined any dessert and served it to us anyway! Very strange experience!

I've been here several times. The food is normally good, but my wife and I came on a Wednesday evening in April 2018 with another couple and waited an hour for a table, which I am okay with. What I am not okay with is waiting over an hour for our food to arrive. And then a lame apology from the manager with an offer to discount our order. I probably won't be back. There are dozens of great restaurants in the Sarasota area where you can get an awesome meal with great service.
