Atmosphere, fabulous. Servers, attentive and pleasant. Customer satisfaction, non-existent. I ordered brie sandwich with apple. Paid extra for turkey to be added, as a suggestion from cashier. It was not included in my sandwich. I brought it to cashier's attention, who then checked with chef. He admitted getting order incorrect. So, instead of offering to make me another, sandwich, they put a pile of cold turkey in a bowl. It was very unappealing. When I mentioned that it was not appetizing and I would like it in my sandwich, she told me I could add it myself. Not impressed. The very least they could have done is refund my money for the turkey addition.
Had a pleasant brunch on a day full of sunshine. Love the large patio here and the feeling of being back in time. The coffee comes in huge mugs that keep you warm. The food is a plenty and very tasty! Enjoy!
Sandwiches are delicious and so is the tea! If you have never been there, no one really tells you to go inside and place your order, then seat yourself! We stayed outside on the patio for a while thinking a waitress would be out shortly.
Love this place! Whenever I go its easy to find a table and outside seating is great. Their Autumn Latte is delicious too. If you're in Las Cruces, this is a great place to grab a coffee and chill for a bit.
12/15/22: Had a wonderful breakfast burrito here with a delicious cup of Joe. What a wonderful establishment and kind staff! Definitely a place to visit if you want to treat yourself.Recommended dishes
What a pleasant place. Clean, friendly, great food. If it's warm you can sit outside in a lovely little courtyard.Food: 5/5
I'm afraid the ghosts of past bad experiences at this location linger on for me. While I love the down home atmosphere of The Bean, it didn't translate to Josephina's. Same good coffee & pastries plus the breakfasts that some folks in the group ordered looked really good. But they tried to charge someone else 75¢ for a splash of heavy cream in their coffee. Hearing that brought back too many ugly memories of being overcharged by previous owners. Hopefully you'll have a better experience there.
Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very comfortable atmosphere. Very popular place!!Food: 5/5
I don’t know if it’s a new owner, but the food and feel has changed. From an authentic awesome Mexican place with a good choice of food to what I would rate a negative 5 if a possible. The place menu lacks a variarity of hispanic plates .. almost none. It feels like a cheap fast food joint. You have to order at the front before going to the back to take a seat. … this place appears to just have taken josephenas name and dragged it across the dirt.
The stuffed avacado salad was delicious and the freshly brewed iced lavender Earl Grey tea made lunch just right!
