Came up from Houston for the HHH RR only to have my rear shifter cable snap on me 15 minutes before my race. This was the only shop in town that would take on the task(internal routing). Very friendly with great customer care, definitely recommend.

Austin was a wealth of knowledge helping me pick out a bike that is specific to what I'm using it for. The Giant mountain bike he sold me makes my commute to work more fun than I ever thought possible. He recommended that I return the $400 Mongoose XR Pro that I came in with while I still could to Walmart. Thanks for helping me make a great decision! That Mongoose was junk. I found the prices to be very reasonable considering the incredible quality of the bike and the great service. I spent $700 on the bike not including sales tax and it's worth every penny. Thanks Bike Shop!

I was please with the service and the purchase of my new Felt until I needed to be properly fit to the bike and the fine tuning done. I had to return twice for the same issues (poor fitting which resulted in knee pain, strange brake sounds and jerky gear shifting). My solace for not having the product I was told I was purchasing was another charge and an apology for the poor service of a terminated employee. They did open the door for me as I left with my bike on this occasion. Can't wait for the new guys moving in on the trail!!!!

I had a negative experience at the Bike Stop.  I called before I went in and explained that I wanted to get measured for a road bike.  After I arrive the sales rep asked if I intended to buy a bike from the store.  When I said I would if they were competitive with other sellers/internet, he replied that the store prices would not be competitive and refused to tell me the price of any models we looked at.  He stopped being helpful and refused to give me any meaningful help or measure me to determine what size frame I needed.  Instead he simply pointed out several Giant bike models labeled Medium and said they would be a good fit.  When I explained I was after a specific fitting he just smiled and shrugged.  I got angry and left.  The truth is I plan to spend $700 on a new bike or fixing up an old one.  The Bike Stop does not have to offer assistance without a promise to buy a bike from them but I did not appreciate the refusal to offer advice or assistance.  I will take my business elsewhere and encourage you to do the same.
