Lisa Winslow of Bob and Ronna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking to buy in. She gave us pros and cons of all the areas so we could make an informed decision. She even persuaded us to look in areas we never even thought to look, and actually ended up buying in! She was very patient with us and listened to what we were looking for so she could give us lists of homes to look at that fit our needs and requirements. When looking at homes she would meticulously walk-through the house with us giving us pointers of what to look for and suggestions on how to make the house more to our liking if we chose to buy it. We trusted her expertise and she did not lead us wrong. Once we found the house we loved, she was a great negotiator. The house we wanted was out of our price range but she was able to get the price into the price we could afford. After our offer was accepted, if we needed to call, email or text her she always got back to us promptly and made sure we had all our questions answered. She set up all the home inspections and made sure everything was taken care of for our lender and the VA. There were a few bumps along the way but she ensured us things would work out and kept us up-to-date and worked tirelessly to get everything in order for us to close within 30 days. The most difficult part of the entire home buying process was finding the home we wanted. Once we found it, Lisa made sure we got it! Thank you!

I went to Bob and Ronna's office after seeing their signs in the neighborhood where I wanted to purchase a home. Ronna herself sat down with me and asked a number of good questions. Then she put me in touch with the mortgage broker they work closely with. When my creditworthiness was established, Ronna assigned a buyer's agent, Lisa W., to work with me. Lisa got to work immediately, sending me several listings and then showing me two of them. When I decided to try to purchase one of them, Lisa expertly handled negotiations and procedures. Her great experience came into play when it became clear the transaction was going to fall through. Her advice was honest and on point. When we had to start all over again, Lisa again got down to work immediately and sent me listings. Her experience-based advice helped me to secure a home in the neighborhood I wanted for a very good price. I am happy to recommend Bob and Ronna's company generally and Lisa W specifically as a buying agent.

Working with the Bob & Ronna Group has been a really great experience. Credit goes to Brenda Yung our agent who is now an integral part of our family. Brenda is a superwoman, simply amazing! Brenda exercised tremendous patience in understanding our expectations, her knowledge and understanding of the process (we are first time home buyers) placed us completely at peace. Brenda diligently researched each and every aspect for us and went beyond the call of duty to satisfy our every question and situation. She was always on our side, supported us and had us covered. We were never ever placed under pressure. We did go through some very intriguing situations and Brenda stood beside us like a rock and supported us through this adventurous journey. Brenda got us the dream home we desired, within our budget and we have nothing but praise for Brenda, Bob and Ronna (who we met on a couple of occasions and who came about very friendly and easy going). We just bought our dream home! Ronna seriously saved us. She matched us perfectly with Agent Lisa Winslow who is FANTASTIC. She is knowledgeable, honest, fun and one of the hardest working woman I have ever met. My husband and I recently moved to the Baltimore area from Upstate NY. We really didn’t know the area very well but Lisa most definitely did. After we narrowed down areas and budgets and wants and needs she worked diligently to find us the right home and helped us navigate the intricacies (and difficulties) of getting to closing. Lisa worked rigorously on our behalf and always put our needs and best interest first. My husband was in the Navy and as an incredibly generous and wonderfully patriotic gesture they gave us $3600 through their Veteran’s Program. They really are an amazing group of people. I can not recommend them enough.

Mike Thurnes with the Bob and Ronna Group is incredible! He is a retired Air Force veteran who continues to serve in the community. I am a veteran who is not located near the property that he sold. He went above and beyond to ensure that the property was sale ready, coordinating with many contractors directly. He made the process so easy! The house was advertised on every app and website possible and the number of showings backed that. When the house was under contract, Mike made it very easy as well. Thank you, Mike and the Bob and Ronna Team!!
