The short of it: The workouts are awesome. The people that work there are amazing. The programs WORK. Don't Make Excuses, just try it! The Long of it: I honestly was not really sure what I was getting myself into when i showed up to orientation for 15 in 6 (just heard through a friend about the program, so I didn't really look into the details), but I can honestly say this has seriously been one of the best experiences I've ever encountered; Literally one of the best decisions I've made for my health/body/soul. Not only that, the people that work there (and work out there!) are some of the nicest, most down to earth people I've ever met. I can honestly say they TRULY care about YOU, and your health. They want to make sure that you are doing things the right way, and the best way for you, and this does not exclude the owner, Shelton. He is 100% fully involved in your progress, knows your name, and cares about how things are going. Those are things you won't be able to find anywhere else, and that's what makes Fit Code so amazing, and unique. If you are looking for a place that will help you to make positive, concrete changes in your life; a place that you can learn, and grow from, then Fit Code is the place to go. I highly recommend everyone and anyone to go there because you will NOT regret it. I know I don't.
