First time customer at this location. Ordered a couch, coffee table and two side tables. Side tables were back ordered by two weeks ( ordered it and paid 2 months early) it came two weeks later then estimate date of delivery and to top it all off it came cracked. Worst experience. I honestly had never had this issues and when I called the store they said it will take them 3 weeks to send us a new set. There was nothing but issues with this location and they were not able to acomidate this concern. Won’t be back and very disappointed with their customer service.

Shocked by the beyond terrible experience and customer service. Purchased tables that were apparently in stock (A month before the set delivery date) only to be told they were on back order and didnt arrive. Another 2 weeks later they came broken in the box, and I was told I would have to wait another month as they were on back order. I told them having no tables for 2.5 months wasnt viable and that I wanted a refund for the tables (after also purchasing a 1400$ couch..) And they refused. After asking politely to speak with a manager to see if they would re consider, I was never called back or spoken to again. I will NEVER shop at this or any brick location ever again, nor will I advicate it to anyone I know. Stay away from this place, once they have your money they care nothing further

The showroom is piled up with furniture. Quite often, one piece on top of another. You can find some good furniture there though, but wait for a sale.

Good luck picking up your order... Doorbell is broken and they never pick up their phone. May as well shop elsewhere. At least you'll get your merchandise.! Happy new year everyone!
