I had an urgent package through their expedited service that I needed on a Friday. I made a request to collect it at the closest location at my home. Customer service rep advised it would be ready for collection that Friday at 1PM. UPS somehow still attempted delivery and I was not home which is why I wanted to have it collected. I asked this locations staff when will my shipment arrived and after providing my name, address, the time the driver attempted the delivery and my prior request, without checking and system, I was advised it would "probably" be there on Monday. The driver did drop it off 10 mins before their closing time. I was able to collect the package the following Saturday but it was already too late. I will not put 1 star because this is someone's source of income but please step your game up.

The staff at this location are Amazing. 
I arrived late with an urgent matter that no one else was able to help me with. 
They dedicated the rest of their shift to helping me arrange documents, printing and faxing to ensure my deadline was met. 
I am so glad I visited this location!

Awful customer service. I called to see if they received a package that came to my house a day prior but I was not home. When I called the store, the (I believe) owner picked up, asked for my name and address, and then told me she couldn't find the package. My response was "well can you check it in your system please?" She said "No I can't because I'm busy with a customer." When I asked if there was a more convenient time to call back her response was "yes". Ma'am, if that how you wish to run a business, you need help with your customer service skills.
