Avoid this place at all costs. I bought a dining room set from them on Boxing day of 2017. They went on to order the wrong set when I picked it up and brought it home. It took them 53 Days to get the correct set. The manager Jeff is the most rude person you will deal with and has the tone of a child. He is the biggest problem there. If I could give negative stars I would. Out of 1 to 10, 10 being thrilled about shopping at the Brick I give them a -5. Worst Customer satisfaction and experience I have ever had.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Called about my warranty due to a separation in the seam. Told I would get a call in 3 to 5 business days. I give them my new cell number. I ask her to confirm the number over the phone and to make sure its in the system. NO PROBLEM SIR

I have dealt with the one staff Jeff at the Waterloo location.  Make sure you get everything in writing in your own hands because he will lie through his teeth.  Dishonest and rude.  I couldn't keep my cool with him even a little bit.  He is horrible but it seems to be a requirement for their employees.  Shop elsewhere if you want furniture that will stand the test of time and don't want to be treated like garbage!  Anywhere else!!!!

I am not really sure if I need to write a review; judging by the Brick in Brantford’s score and comments this almost seems un necessary. As well from what I can see they don’t comment back or seem to even care. I requested a warranty claim for our bed; after several weeks of messing around, as well as having a repair tech come to the house; this was declared a “normal wear and tear” issue. They use furniture techs that have their best interest in mind. I will never by from the brick again, nor will anyone in my family. The staff is rude, the manger cannot return calls (have tried several times). Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to Leon’s, perhaps they actually care about their customers. I am amazed this store is still in business; Great work Brantford Management team.

Horrible service regarding my warranty at the Brick Brantford, been trying to get this situation dealt with for MONTHS now and still NO phone calls back that were promised, etc etc.  They will not cover my couch set that is genuine leather and its defective material. 
Will not even attempt to make things right, they are complete crooks and horrible quality products from my experience!  Spend your money elsewhere where your guaranteed some sort of service or at least where they will stand by their policies/word.
