Delivery didn't show. No call back to rebook. I called them and arranged for next day delivery, no show again. Call back, moved the delivery again, no showed for the third time. No call.. again. I called and they apologised saying they'll deliver it tomorrow but I doubt it. At this point I'm going to get a refund, I'd rather give my money to some place that operates with a degree of professionalism. Stay away from this business.

EDIT: A manager there (Michelle) made sure that the fourth delivery arrived on time and provided a significant discount for our inconvenience. Review changed from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you for making it right.

I was a bit annoyed in feeling that I was rushed to make a decision....I'm happy with my choice but before I could get any answers to my questions I had to complete a full purchase information questionnaire....the salesman made me uncomfortable in wanting upgrades and overselling....what he never bothered to find out was the fact that I had previously been in and had seen the sofa etc. ....he never offered to show me  alternatives when I asked a question. I do like the delayed delivery as I am moving and the sale was good....question why can you not offer better sale prices on separate pieces....not everyone has room for sets

Worst customer service ever! I ordered my bed on boxing day. The sales associate said I would receive it the first week of January. I kept calling and they kept chasing the dates. I could never get a hold of the woman who sold me the bed. I received my bed in late March and the footboard had a big scratch and the inside of my dressed was damaged a little bit. I took a credit for the dresser. I emailed the new sales woman a few times for confirmation and never heard back about the credit. I tried calling the store and she was never there when I called. I finally spoke to another sales associate who said I would get a credit and i told him I had an email confirmation. He said to come back into the store so they can put the payment on there. I went into the store and the woman had no idea after finally doing some digging. In regards to my footboard, I kept calling and they kept changing the dates. I called in eh weekend and the woman said they just got in. I asked to speak to the manager for some sort of credit or reimbursement. She said she will speak to her and call me back. I never heard back from her. If there's delays, they should be calling to notify their customers and return phone calls. I called today to change my delivery because I was told it would be in the afternoon. The woman on the phone was very rude and said she can't release the manager's name over the phone and basically she said she can't do anything and I have no choice. We have been purchasing products from the Brick for over 10 yeads and this is the first time I have received terrible service. I will not be shopping here again. They did not even let me refund my item. They also don't have a head office you can call.

Bought our mattress here. Love the mattress. Unfortunately after it was paid for there were unsolicited charges on their credit card. Despite multiple calls and the Brick acknowledging that they are wrong charges they say that there is nothing that they can do. Just pay it is their official company line. Horrible company of fraudsters.

My mother and father in law bought an entertainment unit to match their coffee table. The newer one didn't have the same drawer knobs as the older floor model. The sales person agreed they could just swap them out with the older floor model only to have the manager disagree completely and tell them that they can order the knobs and wait or just not buy the table. They ended up ordering the knobs and that was in January 2017 it is now mid June 2017 and they still have no knobs and the staff just say they should be there in a week... they've been saying this for months now. TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE, LIARS.
