I have to say I am not a big fan of the Brick. However I stopped at their new outlet store on Upper James just recently looking for something very specific. Pat, the gentleman who helped us, was refreshingly friendly and professional. I did not feel like he was pressuring us to make a sale. Although I didn't get what I came for I felt compelled to shake his hand and made a mental note that I would write this review only because I wanted to give him credit.

Everything is over priced. They wanted $150 for a dresser with a broken drawer and was made of particle board.....seriously

Prices are competitive (they also price match), but service is very hit or miss. Ordered a washer from here and paid a delivery cost that was to also include setup. The people who delivered it said that the hot/cold valves were leaking so they were unable to set it up. Went searching for the part they suggested, only to get home and realize they hadn't tightened the hoses properly. They also did not level the washer, or install any of the attachments/brackets that came with it. Called the store and was told that the customer service rep could not do anything for me, and that the only person who could do something wouldn't be in for another 4 days. Ended up installing the brackets and leveling the washer myself. Called back 4 days later and was refunded the delivery cost (around $70). The final customer service rep I spoke to was very accommodating and the only one who seemed to care about the level of service provided.

The customer service here is amazing!!! The workers have a lot of product knowledge. There are a lot of great products here to check out
