I had a wonderful lunch at The Capital Grille. The food was delicious, with well-prepared dishes that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was upscale yet welcoming. I especially enjoyed the burger, which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Been to this location a number of times, and it never misses the mark. Quality service, quality food, acceptance wait times, great decor.  Eduardo was our server, did great. Details like the blade used to scrape bread rumbs from the table are not missed.Food: 5/5

Capital Grille never disappoints.  My husband and I went to celebrate our 22nd anniversary.  We had the Tuna Tartare with mango, avocado and Sriracha appetizer which was delicious. And, of course, I opened with a dirty martini with three blue cheese stuffed olives.  My husband had the Gorgonzola crusted dry aged New York strip encrusted with cabernet reduction. I had the regular dry aged New York strip steak. Delish! They were both cooked to Perfection. And, we ordered the brussel sprouts and mac and cheese as our sides which are also delicious.  Parking: The parking what's $20 but you got a discounted rate of $15 with the validation

Everything was amazing!!!! From reservation up until we ate and left. Our server was amazing. She knew exactly what to recommend from the menu, and that is a plus for me. Thanks to the female at the front for our anniversary card, it was lovely . We will be making this trip yearly from now on.Food: 5/5

Incredible as always! I love coming to this location. The food and drinks are fantastic. Never had a bad meal here. I do want to give a special shoutout to David. He was an amazing server. He was very attentive and recommended the most amazing dishes & wine.Food: 5/5

If you want to be pampered and enjoy fine dining, this is the preeminent restaurant in Miami. We dined here last night and enjoyed the stellar food and drinks with the wonderful, capable service by Beverly. I mentioned to her that my wife and I missed the "Generous Pour" this year. A few moments later, the manager Raul brought the reds to the table for us to sample that were featured in the event! This was totally unexpected and a wonderful touch. This is what separates The Capital Grille from the competition. Go, enjoy!

I guess we must've dined there on one of their 'off' days as the whole experience was decidedly poor.  The receptionist clearly didn't give a damn about us as she looked down her nose at us when we arrived.  She muttered in a low, bored voice something about us standing to the side to wait to be seated.  Perhaps it's because we're British? Not sure, perhaps she just doesn't like her job? Maybe.  One of the waiters didn't even verbally answer my question about the restroom location - he just grunted and pointed in its general direction when I politely asked.  I found this to be exceptionally rude and unacceptable.  We weren't offered a wine list, and when we did receive one, there were no recommendations provided - we were just handed a tablet to scroll through.  We also had to ask for butter knives and later on, desert spoons.  I was expecting the waiting staff to be trained a little better.  Don't lean right across guests when serving. It's rude and intrusive.  Any chance of silver service? Or, at the very least, provide serving silverware for the guests to use themselves. We were left to use knives and forks to place items on our plates - no serving silverware was provided when the food dishes arrived.  It's the little things that make the difference to the experience for guests.  My family background is hotels and restaurants. I've spent many, many years dining and observing and my first experience of the Capital Grille was that it was an average one.  Although it was acceptable, I expected more.  What a shame, such a lovely environment, let down by the lack of adequately trained staff.  For the price, I didn't leave satisfied.  I'm not a demanding-type of customer and I don't overly complain unless I really feel let down, so I'm sorry to say that I feel it justifiable to write this review.
