This hotel was great the staff was very courteous and friendly. I was able to use the Marriott app to request a pack and play in the room and even to request two rooms next to each other. My family stayed here for 2 nights. The room still had a new building smell. The pool was nice. The free breakfast was good and the hotel even contacted me about a lost item they found and helped me arrange shipping for it. The only negative is it doesn’t have a view of the river.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and managed any request quickly. The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The guest printer gave myself and the staff a little trouble but they were able to print my documents at the front counter so I had what I needed for work right away. I will certainly be staying there again when I travel back yo La Crosse WI.

Very nice property.  It has been open for a little more than a year and shows no sign of wear or tear.  The rooms are well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.  Apparently so comfortable, I snored!

If I could give this place  a zero I would.  I met my brother in LaCrosse for Oktoberfest, being responsible, we stayed here for the convenient location in relation to festivities.   I had my car towed ($209) from parking lot Friday night.  Manager (Alexa Ferro) handled this so poorly stating 1 parking pass per room.  Good information before.  She would do nothing but did offer an extra pass next year (what about 1 pass per room more of a guideline not rule), no worries won't be staying there ever.  STAY AWAY.

Excellent, helpful staff. Room was clean, contemporary. We got a suite, so our teenager could have a little more privacy, but it was much smaller than we expected. Bed was comfortable. Very nice, roomy bathroom. Swimming pool is quite small and there is no hot tub, which was disappointing.
