I think we had the same waiter I had encountered on Easter Sunday. Well Chris was superb in his service. Tuscan chicken he was very descriptive about when I asked. I loved it. He asked if I wanted to be sung to on my Birthday...it was a great birthday! Thanks for being open, when so much was closed.

We got there at 4 pm we were not seated until almost 5pm. We sat in the bar good drinks. The environment was like being in a cafeteria for noise the music echoed. The food was good our waitress was good. To expensive for the environment. We were stuck at a tiny table in a corner for two other bigger tables had two and booths had two we were stuck at this tiny table. We only went because we had a gift card. Will not go for a church.

The food and service is excellent, awesome menu with around 200 tasty choices and the cheesecakes are to die for. Great for family fun and work celebrations.

My daughter just came home from college, and she wanted to go to dinner with her friend. It wasn't busy at all when she got there. The waitress preceded to completely ignore her table to the point that she was there for almost 2 hours. I called and talked with a manager once I heard what had happened. He apologized and said he would talk with the waitress. This restaurant has definitely lost our business for in the future. This is horrible customer service.

Cheesecake and service here is awesome. Staff are friendly and quick. Top quality cheesecakes and they are a big slice. There will always be a wait at any Cheesecake factory but it is worth the wait. I come here mainly for the lunch specials because I find those worth it. Their lunch menu is just great!
