I had a party of 14 last night for my 16th birthday, and we were waiting for 2 hours to get seated. The hostesses said that it would be an hour or so. And an hour would be understandable but TWO HOURS?! My mom went up to the counter to ask how much longer it would be, and they were so rude and gave her such a vague answer. 10-15 minutes later, my best friend and I went up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be. That's when finally got seated. And before she sat down, my best friend asked a hostess where the bathrooms were. And according to my friend, the hostess looked at her like she was stupid then told her where they were. My friend was still confused and asked ANOTHER hostess that did the EXACT SAME THING!! The only nice employee we met was our waitress. Honestly, if you're going here to eat, I hope you like rude staff because that's what you'll get

Ok so we had a party of 15 people, big group I get it. Still we were told 2 hours wait and some of the people had been waiting since 6:20. We were seated at 9:20. That is three hours. It is late, and I'm starving and have been waiting for 3 hours. At this point I wanted to leave and not spend any more of my time there or let them have my money. I stayed because it was my friends birthday and we were celebrating. The food orders were wrong. I ordered the fish taco which for some reason is a big fish and little taco. I don't understand it. So several people in the group spoke to the management and she practically did nothing. She told us that it was a big party and that it had only been 2 hours from the time that we were put in. It still doesn't matter. Why is it OK to have people wait 3 hours for food? It isn't. Management barely even cared. We fought hard to get a free slice of cheesecake which thanks to the waitress and our friend we got that. That was the least she could do and barely did it. Worst freaking restaurant experience and guest service I have seen. I worked in guest service for over 10 years and just ridiculous. There were 2 people sitting there for 5 hours just chatting so that is why it took so long to seat us. It is company policy to not ask someone to finish so that they can seat the next group. So she wouldn't ask them to move but having people wait for 3 hours is ok? No it isn't. I'm truly appalled with the management that was there. The food was decent and the waitress made it much better. She was cheerful, polite and apologetic. She moved with urgency and we enjoyed her service. I'm pretty sure I will not come back here to eat again even if they have good cheesecake. I can make some at home.

Not very good spaces for groups not very good meals appetizers kinda good but rude staff. Had a birthday today and two other people had a birthday too while we were there and got sang to but our birthday person didn't and was kind of upset about that. Guacamole was disgusting

The appetizers were good the main course was okay. The pastas we had were dry, either not enough sauce or it sat in waiting ready before it came out. The cheesecake we shared was awesome. The service was good.

The management has been so incredibly rude! They treated my group horribly. They made us wait 3 hours when we are told 2 hours at the most. When we talked to the management she did not apologize at all. She tried to cover her butt instead of doing the right thing and figure out a solution.
