We come to this Maggiano's when opportunity comes which is maybe a handful of times per year. When we do have the opportunity, we are never disappointed. The wait staff is most times courteous and efficient. We haven't waited an ungodly amount of time for our food. It comes piping hot, as it should, and how I like it. The only negative is prices. You won't spend under $50. And that's worth a coupon and tip. No dessert or appetizer. BUT... You can go for the option of entrée there and take home a meal. It's worth it! Lastly, place is clean and well managed by my observations.

We have loved this place in the past, we went there about 6 months ago and it was not a good experience, we were given gift cards and decided to return for another chance, because we had loved it for date nights. We were once again very disappointed. We had reservations and were seated right away, which was nice. Our server, took our drink orders and gave us bread but no butter. We ordered our food and were not told if salad was part of the meal or not, and were not offered a salad. When we got our food, mine was tilapia, I asked if there were any sides, our server stated that the spinach was under the fish? Really that was the side? Very poor presentation. Jim ordered the chicken marsala, which in most restaurants, comes with pasta, not here, he was given a side dish with potato wedges on it. We were not happy, I then visited the restroom which was one of my complaints before, because the garbage was overflowing. This time there were two trash can instead of one, and both were overflowing and garbage was all over the floor. I don't know if new management took this over and does not care about the quality of this restaurant? But we will NEVER go again and we will not recommend to anyone ever!

Four of us double date-nighted it for Valentine's day dinner. We had reservations for 8:00pm and the earliest of us arrived at 7:50pm. Our party was added to the list, but we were only one of MANY parties with reservations for 8:00pm that night. It was unfortunate that walk in diners were waiting over 2 hours for seating that night. Once we were seated, at about 8:30pm - not too bad, BUT we did have reservations- our waiter arrived asking immediately for our order. We had to request a cocktail/drink menu and interject that we would like appetizers. I mean, I understand you are busy that night, but follow simple dining etiquette - drinks, apps, then entrees and desserts. My main entree was only so-so - but it did come with a "take home gift" from the kitchen which I ate two nights later and it was MUCH better, so the food was redeemed. The cocktails were overpriced for the size and alcohol content. We had to request a box for the remainder of the leftovers and then we had to remind the waiter of the take home gifts that we had ordered with our main entree. I have never been here before this night, and I understand it's a busy night, but establishments should have their best staffers working that night. Never were we approached by the front of the house manager to ask how things were and we had to flag down another server for drink refills. It was only a mediocre experience overall.

The food is great. Only one men's toilet. Had to leave the restaurant in order to use the bathroom. Not sure why restaurant's don't plan for more than one toilet.

My goodness does this place serve up some LARGE portions! The bread they give you to start is PHENOMENAL. Wait staff is friendly and personable. Will be a return guest.
