Did not have a good experience at this location. Service was very poor. The hostesses  ignored us while having a conversation before we finally had to beg for their attention to be seated. Waiters nor waitresses appeared to want to take out order. The place was not even busy. One waiter who was serving a table next to us even got complaints from his guests about how rude he was being. I even witnessed him throwing silverware on the table and dishes down as they sat. 

I won't be going back to this location- also I will not recommend to anyone. The food was okay at best- not worth your hard earned money. I would advise going somewhere more friendly so you can enjoy the ambiance rather than having a regretful dinner experience, because at the end of the day you're paying for it.

We did NOT enjoy our experience here. We put our name and # in over 2 hours ago. Said it was going to be 30 min. Waited over 45 minutes. They LOST our #. Service was VERY slow. Server tended to people who were seated AFTER us and checked on them more often. Forgot our drinks. The ONE star was for taking an item off our bill which we returned. ALSO, half our calamari we ordered was only the fried breading....without the calamari.

I love The Cheesecake Factory. I drove all the way from Phenix City just to take my kids here today. We made it to our table and were greeted by the waiter in a timely manner.  It took a while to receive our drinks. I put in my appetizer order about 10 minutes before I  even gave our meal  order.  Once I gave our meal order I  was told it should be only a moment for my appetizer. We never received any complimentary bread, nor our appetizer. After a ridiculously long wait the food, appetizer, and complimentary bread got to our table all at once. Not only were the Cuban rolls cold,  but now we had our food and were so hungry we just dug right into the food. Then, i had an empty drink the rest of my dinner and all through dessert. I had to sip my kids watered down sodas, because they never got refills either. To top off the night, I had to ask for the cold rolls to be taken off my tab and the cheesecakes to go were literally half the size of the ones we had in the restaurant.

Super wait staff ,I think I just met the best one ever.. Talk about attention to details.  We were all there and the place was full, kitchen slammed. Everything perfect !!!

I've always had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory and this one was no exception. I had the skinny pot pie and it was outstanding. The salted caramel cheesecake was to die for. Service was excellent. I highly recommend.
