Had lunch. Was okay quality and server was nice. However, the sides were served “family style” and we were having a pre determined lunch as part of a large group. They did not bring enough and I only got one bite of mashed potatoes (average to good quality and taste) and none of the vegetables. I had one glass of water and it was not refilled the rest of the time o was there. Person with me got a steak that was way under ordered temp. They took it back and cooked more but was slightly annoying. Another person at table had steak that was so rare she couldn’t even bring herself to eat one they cooked more. The cheesecake for desert was really good. I think they had too large of a group for the staff they had on hand which effected the quality of the food and experience. They should have been prepared as they knew days in advance of the size of the group attending the meeting.

Truly disappointing for “fine dining”. Waited forever for a wine list, didn’t get a drink for almost 20 minutes (we were seated at the bar!) One of the bartenders was really friendly and energetic. Pretty sure the other one was fantasizing about stabbing everyone through the eyeball with a pencil (she was busy, but she’s in the service industry, still). Food took forever. Salmon was okay (somewhat under-seasoned and right on the verge of over-cooked). Not what I’d expect for $38 with no sides included. I appreciate that their seafood is sustainably sourced but I can pick up a piece of salmon, a lemon and some dill for $7 at the store and make a better piece of fish on my own. My $10 asparagus was so over cooked it was yellow and still had hard stems at the base. Served steamed with no salt. My friends’ donut holes were so over-cooked they were unpalatable and had to be sent back. Pity, too. I’m on the road for work all the time and need a reliable hotel in Atlanta, which the Westin is. But that hotel needs a solid, fine restaurant or an okay-ish affordable one, not a mix between the two. Note how many of the good reviews have full names and are written by local guides. Kickbacks, perhaps? Still waiting on the bread basket we were offered and that never materialized, too...

Food and wine was delicious! Service was excellent! Try the spinach and mashed potatoes. Great desserts too! Jamie was very sweet and she has the best customer service. Sit in her section!

Decided to try this restaurant and might I say I've found a new love. The food was delicious & the service was excellent. Thank you to Michael Bernardo for giving us excellent customer service, I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be eating here again along with recommending the palms to friends.

The bar is great if you want to get no service. The whole restaurant is wonderful if you have infinite time. This place is the worst.
