I live less than 5 minutes from the Cheesecake Factory and go on average once a month or so. The food is amazing and the selection is so extensive I can go here to eat no matter what I'm in the mood for! Love the service as well!  The only downside to this restaurant is that it is very popular and sometimes the waits are long if you go during prime time for dinner (6pm - 8pm) but if you go early or late you're good! Great place!!

Over an hour wait to get our table we RESERVED. Waitress was rude. Food came out after another hour of waiting. Food was cold when it got to us. The birthday girl had to pay for her birthday cheesecake. We talked to the manager and he said he can't do anything about and blew us off. Now the next day and my wife has food poisoning. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT DINE HERE.

I've never called this place for a carry-out order, but today I thought it would be good to get the food and have it at home. I called and politely I was transferred to the Bakery, because I was told only they could take my order. After 5 minutes of ringing, no answer. I called back and told the lady what happened, she apologized but again told me only the Bakery could take my order. She hesitated none to hurry and transfer my call. There was no problem solving, just "sticking with the Bakery must take my call". Again, the phone rang and rang and rang.  No answer. I called back and was told "the Bakery has a long line, but I still have to transfer you". Again, no initiation to create a solution, just transferring the call.  Bad service!

Cheesecake is excellent. Survive is poor. Waited nearly 40 minutes tonight for a piece of cheesecake to go. Carryout customers were forced to wait in line with us at the bakery counter and were given cold food when they finally made it to the front of the line.

As always the cucumber lemonade was awesome. Tried the truffle bacon cheesesticks.. Delicious. And the rest of the meal and desert was heavenly like you know it will be.
