I have ordered from this place tons of times and never had a problem until today.  I used the online app to order a sandwich, an unwich and a bag of chips.  My boyfriend went to pick up the order and the bag of chips was missing.  I called the store to let them know, and the guy I spoke with said they put the chips in the bag.  I told him that there were no chips in the bag.  He said that he trusts his employees and if they said they put the chips in the bag, he believes them.  I said okay, well I'm not hard up for $1.25 and I really don't appreciate you calling me a liar.  He claimed that he wasn't calling me a liar and if I wanted I could come up and get two bags of chips "for all I care."  WHAT?!  I am not trying to get something for nothing.  I am trying to get what I paid for.  Now we have to drive all the way back up there for the chips.  Why would I make that up?  Ridiculous.  I have never been spoken to so rudely.  It's really unfortunate because they are a good go-to for a low carb meal.  Byeeee Jimmy John's, I won't be ordering from you again. ✌🏽

Tried to order, but they refused to find a way to put the sauce on the side, even when I gave the idea of using a cup, still they refused... they attitude made you lose a customer, simple request, bad attitude.
