Deep dish pizza is better than most. One can ask for more or less cheese or sauce which is a plus. Sandwiches are decent which they don't taste like pre packaged shopping market variety.  Service is friendly. Location is accessible. Prices are average.

If i could put less than one star I would!! Delivery late as usual and pizza was almost cold! When I called to say they were late the guy who answered came up with the usual lame excuse that they were busy and whoever I ordered from gave me the wrong time. And that’s supposed to be my fault?!!!!not the first time I’ve had issues with them. Called back to speak with jake the manager and he acted like I’m the only person that has ever complained. I find that hard to believe!!

Food is always good. But, when i call for a delivery at 9:25pm I have called before the 30 min cut off point & expect my order to be taken. Not from this place. I work customer service. I know how it is but we seriously live not 2mins away. And besides that I called before 930pm. Really? I will be calling to talk to the store manger tomorrow. Just bad customer service is what it boils down to.
