Chicken and Garlic Fries that are so good that I think about them every day.  

The staff is outgoing and kind.  Even during dining rush the dining room is clean.

Reasonable prices, easy to navigate menu.  

Chicken Fingers, Wings, Burgers, Garlic Fries, Regular Fries and so much more.  After your feast you can have DOTS for dessert.

Their chicken fingers were mind blowingly delicious! perfectly crispy and well seasoned breading, and so juicy on the inside! Love love loved them! Staff was very nice and attentive as well! Will definitely be back!

Super good food with great portion sizes. I got the 5 chicken fingers combo with garlic fries. Super good. A lot of food. Service was great, and the place is clean and kept up. Great sauce selection... Between me and my family we tried 4 sauces and they were all quality.

Similar to others...I really tried to like this place.  It's cute, it's local, the outside venue is very cool, and the workers are fine.  But the chicken was so odd tasting and the prices were a bit shocking.  I don't know if it was the meat or the breading but no one in our family enjoyed the chicken strips or the wings.  And the sauce wasn't sauce...it's water with some after-thought sauce.  If the chicken was less chewy and the sauce was thick enough to be SAUCE, we'd be regulars!  But I'll drive further and give my money (less of it) to the other wing options in TC...all of which we enjoy more than this one. 
Their fries are delish though, esp. the garlic ones. :)

We live close to the Chicken Shack and I think the food is good but every time we go in, my husband wants an extra sauce and they want to charge him. It's just an extra sauce, no exceptions are ever made......customer service is the key. We get home with our order today we bought 2 full dinners and there was only 1 SAUCE. Very frustrating. My husband won't go back.
