bump me and my friend. never gave us our drinks my friend phoned back and was getting abuse.desserts we’re not even good. cookie dough came cold. my friend got a biscoffe milkshake and it just tastes like sweet milk. do not order from there unless you want bumped!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! first time ordering I wish I listened to the reviews but I I didnt ordered a milkshake and a cookie dough with extra scoop ice cream. The milkshake was like watered down peanut butter. The cookie dough was the worst thing I have ever ate, burnt all stuck to the paper tasted like I was eating a burnt oven baking tray and the ice cream was just as bad !!! Revolting!! Place should be shut down ! Would have been better putting the £20 in the bin!

I recommend do not buy from here he bumped me and my friend we paid £26.50 for two milkshakes and 1 cookie dough we also paid drinks we never got them so we called back we were getting abuse for asking could we get our drinks he keeps hanging up when I asked why it was that much for such a short order and never received our drinks not to mention it took about two hours to get here please do not buy from here the deserts was horrible DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I have tried to call them 4or5 times and they don't answer it's not as if it's that busy they can't answer the phone there must be around 10 or more people working in the store such a shame as I give them good money when I'm in shopping not anymore

Worst desert I have ever seen burnt cookie dough and burnt waffle and it came 1 hour and 40 minutes late DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Placed my order at 6.35pm had to ask for a refund with the online chat at 8pm as still had arrived tried to call shop 3 times and they kept hanging up on me won't be ordering from here again . Stay away

Rude and lazy staff. Phoned twice to ask where my order is and got abused over it “if you wanna cancel then cancel!”
