A decent place to grab good food during lunch break. The food quality is great but the selection is somewhat limited. I would prefer more sandwich choices for example. Also they routinely seem to run out of soup - it was at least three times already that after I ordered they informed me that they are out. Should probably plan better for popular choices, especially since remaining options may be quite spicy. I would visit more often should they offer better food variety.

I have been to this delicious eatry twice in the last 3 weeks. The staff has been extremely happy, jovial and a pleasure to talk to. From the nice and bubbly order taker to a great guy who made our wraps.

Ordering experience was great and the food was even better. Not a single disappointment. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in Kitchener.

We paid $26 for two small mediocre bowls of salad. The service was crappy.  The cashier told me the wrong price for the special and when I asked the owner to honour the price she whined about the high price of beets and berries (beets are one of the cheapest vegetables you can buy) and gave lame excuses about the cashier: "She must have misspoke", "She was just on her way out".  I pointed at the cashier and said she is standing right there and she then snapped at me and said, "Do you want a dollar back?" I said I wanted the price quoted to me but she wouldn't honour it.  They also charge $3 for a few cubes of meat or tofu on the salad without warning customers.  I said that I could buy a whole package of tofu for less than $3 and the owners response was, "Well, we have to chop it in the back."  The food is average, the prices are ridiculous and the owner is clueless.  I would definitely skip this place.

I visited this restaurant for the first time recently and did not have a great experience. The staff seemed quite stressed out. The girl taking orders was consistently calling to the woman handing out the orders and it was quite uncomfortable as she was trying to communicate with customers simultaneously. She was very apologetic and polite about the entire situation. There were also quite a few things wrong with my salad - a few snap peas, a few pieces of an olive and some other things that were not supposed to be on it. I do not have allergies however if I did that would have been a problem. I waited give or take fifteen minutes to get my meal, I do not see how there were mistakes when it took that long to make a single salad. Just to solidify this unsatisfactory experience there was a hair floating in the dressing... I am very disappointed, I want to like this place, but I will definitely not be back.

I will just say  that. Their juices are amazing!!! They brought me back to life from a nasty cold in a couple of days and are delicious. Could not ask for more!!
P.S . Different than other places, they will not charge an arm and a leg.
