I ordered decaf a coffee with 2 cream at the drive thru tonight. I sipped the coffee while waiting for the food and tasted that it was sweet. I asked the staff at the window if there was any chance that the sugar had coffee and was told no and was reassured that she made it herself. I asked a couple of times if she was sure and she denied the presence of any sweetener but if I didn’t like the taste she can make it again. I trusted her and drove off. As I started to drink the coffee I knew that there was sugar. I poured the coffee down the sink when I got home and not surprisingly I saw some sugar crystals still left at the bottom of the cup. Thank goodness that I don’t have diabetes and didn’t have to dose insulin based on her word. I can’t believe she lied to my face repeatedly. A simple apology would have done it. Instead she took the chance and risked a customer’s health.

I visit this McDonalds quite often and it's a pretty good one. Sometimes really busy tho and u have to wait for a while. Clean place. Staff are helpful. Nothing to complain about so 5 stars.

Edit: Hold on. They messed up my food multiple times when busy so 4 stars instead. The manager and some staff were nice tho.

Very hard working and honest front-line staff which is usually comprised of college/university/late year high school students. God bless these locations in big college/uni towns. Open constantly and driven by ambitious younger people.

Its McDonalds you pretty much know what youre getting into here. Id say it has relatively fast service considering how busy it always is.It was better when they had the coke freestyle machines for obvious reasons. Also the new manager guy looks like he's off a bean. Whenever I see him hes walking around freaking out over big macs like his employees actually care. What happened to the tall guy with long hair, he seems like a great guy.

Great location, clean, great staff.
This is a legendary restaurant. Many important events in my life have taken place here. I came here to study for calculus,, after soccer practices when I was a kid, and also after prom. This is comparable to the Palace of Versailles.
