Disappointed. 

Tonight was my first visit to this location and my first visit to KFC in a couple years and I have to say I am disappointed. The staff were not very friendly, though quick I joked that it was as if they'd done this before and they barely acknowledged me. That being said the young man that took my order was smiling and wished me a nice evening. On to the food. The fries were cool by the time I reached home 3 minutes away in a warm car. And the chicken, what the heck is up with the chicken?? Were they just babies?? The pieces were half the size of the last meal I ordered some 2 years ago. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I can say without a doubt it's likely the last time I'll have it.

Slow service. I have went there numerous times and the employees run around like they have no idea what they are doing. I was there yesterday. The man on till was amazing however the person making the tacos (its also a taco bell) forgot to make our order, they got mad saying they did amd started throwing our food around. Where is the management. These employees need more training or guidance.

Places an order for delivery on Saturday around 5 pm. Called around 6:30 to find out where the order was only to be told that the store re-routed the order to another location as they lost the ability to cook chicken. Called the other location to be told that my order was lost and if I wanted to place a new one, it would take at least another 45 minutes to get to me. The guy from the other store said he could throw some frees stuff on to my order, but too little too late. A call around 5 would have been nice to let me know the issue so I could have made up my mind earlier instead of having a starving family to feed now.

Very disappointed in the drive through service. Every time it takes upwards of 10 minutes to get the order and last order was completely wrong. I can't understand what takes so long when they aren't busy.
