1st time trying this restaurant. My order was delivered a little later than the estimated seamless time, but that didn’t bother me much. I ordered a Korean BBQ wrap and a zebra donut. The wrap was extremely wet and salty. The only flavor was salt. It was also over stuffed and difficult to eat. It was nice to see that the portion was bigger than expected but this meal should just have been a warm salad rather than try to stuff all that into a too small wrap. Donut was pretty yummy. Both items looked different than the seamless photo so beware if the image is what sells you when ordering food online. I would try this place again to see what their other menu options are like.

A little pricey but I say it’s worth it. Burgers were delicious and the baked goods are even better. I love the specialty donut or cupcake (or sometimes a pop tart!) that’s not only hand decorated in small batches, but is also so cute and delicious. My family is always asking me to grab something before I catch my train. I ❤️ cinnamon snail!

I went to NYC for my birthday, in August. I had researched vegan places and The Cinnamon Snail was on my list. Oh my goodness! It was everything I had hoped for! Lovely staff and surroundings and the food was amazing! My only "upset" 😹 was I had the most yummy donut with a cat face on it...it nearly broke my heart to eat it! Like a work of art! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Love, love, love! 💕

Super tasty vegan food. Mains are burgers, sandwiches and salads, this is not a only healthy food type vegan place, it's just plain delicious. I almost took a star off because half the menu is too spicy for me, but really I'm a spice wuss and most people will be fine. It's in Pennsy Food Hall next to Madison square garden so it can be a bit crowded, but I've never waited more than 10-15 for my food and this visit it was ready in 5 or less.

I go to school in the Chelsea area, and this is one of my favorite food spots. Not only do they have an impressive array of delicious vegan baked goods, but also a great sandwich list. My personal favorite is the Beastmode Burger. I absolutely love this restaurant, and so do my friends — vegans and non-vegans alike.
