I love this restaurant. We eat here regularly and always have a great meal and incredible service. The kitchen creates new and delicious specials and changes the menu with great surprises. The bar staff make special cocktails and the servers are all so kind and friendly.

Worth a visit, but only one (possibly two). Go to Scampi for modern Italian in Chelsea, Ssäm Bar for Momofuku innovation, and then Nishi if you want more. A confused, troubled David Chang restaurant (original concept: no tipping, build from there?!?), was Korean-Italian fusion, now mostly straight innovative Italian (with a little uni). Pasta tasting is nice, but they don't always have the advertised wine pairing. Lobster looks delicious! Interesting wine selection, though usual steep markups. You pay a premium for the Momofuku name, and it’s almost worth it, but still not good value. Worth a shot for fans of Chang or innovative Italian, but limited appeal.

Went with a larger group and ordered all the pasta dishes on the menu to share. That was a good move! The only dish I didn't love was the Capellini (OK but wouldn't get again, was almost like a Chinese dish). The Ravioli and Uni Spaghetti are excellent. Nice space & not TOO expensive. Desserts are great – the olive oil cake was a nice surprise.

We LOVE the Momofuku Nishi team! The most delicious, innovative and approachable food, all served in a warm, friendly comfortable neighborhood setting. They clearly get that it’s all about their guests, whatever it takes is their operating mantra. Everyone here is for the pure joy and passion of celebrating the food experience with people who appreciate a great, authentic experience - BRAVO!

I came last November and forgot to leave a review. I ate the 2 impossible burgers they were offering with my best friend. I highly recommend ordering here, the service was greasy and the food was delicious. I'm vegetarian and my bf is an omnivore and a foodie. He said the burger doesn't taste like real meat but was delicious and juicy. Planning on coming back with him next summer! From reading other reviews it seems they change the menu often. For those curious I did not get French fries but instead these super fancy potatoes that also treated delicious, it made the whole experience feel surreal and high-end. It's a pricy meal though, $18 per burger and totally worth it
