Came in at 10:05 am and only three customers ahead. Waited for 15 mins to get my order processed and another 15 mins to get my cup of coffee done! People here are like in slow-motion mode and completely forgot my order! Now it's 10:35 am. What a wonderful morning! They should change there ads to "waiting is our best recipe." The management team sucks.

Perfect location next to Empire State Bldg , this Wendy's is unfortunately filled with homeless, beggar's mixed with non-stop tourists. I would give it a 2 star 🌟 rating except for service is very good, it's open 24 hours and they serve Wendy's food...in Manhattan. One block from M34 bus and one block east of Herald Sq subway station.

A little slow.maybe it was under staff today. But everyone was nice. I drop my bag of fries and nuggets and the manager gave new order. Over all it was good experience.

They are not listen. I've ordered jr bacon received basic burger. I could feel that it wasn't so fresh.🙄 By the way burgers in Wendy's are getting smaller and smaller...

Just like any other Wendy's. Fine for a quick bite, but you might not enjoy getting stuck on the lower floor when it's crowded (the restrooms don't seem to be cleaned often enough...). People at the register either act like zombies or like they find you incredibly annoying.
