Brad Tenney treated my son's broken wrist with utmost care.  He explained in detail my son's condition and what needed to be done.  When he could be wrong or in doubt, he admitted, checked with another professional, and corrected himself.  He was honest and accommodated our family needs.  He understood our concern, much better than the surgeon, and was very patient answering our questions and did not take offend to hard questions.  He never rushed us.  Best patient care and understanding medical PA we encountered.

Double TKR..9/22/16 & 12/22/16..Awesome Experience..Dr S Douglas Werner is a great Surgeon, talks to you like a normal Joe. Very impressed with his work.. Had surgeries at Core Specialty Hospital & experience was very positive..PT in the Core Institute also did a great job..Had Nick, Amy, Mark, Becca, & most visits with Caleb..They helped me get to where I needed. I am back to work for 3 months & still getting stronger..I am loving my new knees!! Thank you to all the staff!!

Good experience right up until they requested I do blood work.  They do not have their own lab, my primary care doctor does not do outside labs, and getting someone to fax over the blood work to ANY lab in Sun City West was a two week ordeal.  I went to two different labs, no order.  I called 3 times the lab I thought Core sent it to, no order received.  Royal pain in the rear, grossly inefficient Core system for getting faxes to labs and notifying patients WHICH lab.  Makes me wonder about all their record keeping.  Bonnie blew me off the first time,  then pawned me off on the document department in Phoenix , who knew nothing.  Finally Cynthia took the time to try to get it done.  She left Bonnie a note marked "important" and included the fax number. We'll see if the order gets sent now when I make my 4th phone call to the lab.  I'm not holding my breath. Finally, Bonnie got it done.  Thank you.

I have seen Dr.Kearney for about 6 yrs. He is the most caring, understanding doctor. Its hard to find that. He explains things very well and listens. He is never in a hurry. He has taken care of my hip and now my shoulder. He is always there when I need him. His assistant Brittani is awesome too. Great team. My husband had Dr. Jakofsky ten years ago for a hip replacement and had a great experience. Love this place.

We had a very bad experience here with our billing as well with the staff. I'm very sad with all the extra fees that we were getting charged over a year time frame! Fees that went up to $1600.00 and we had insurance.
