My mother was admitted for several days and discharged prematurely still having rash, fever and diarrhea.  Resulting in her return for several more days and her condition worsening.  The second visit should have been billed with the first since prematurely discharged.  This caused them to have to pay another copay.  I disputed the second charge due to premature discharge and they denied it.  Saying services rendered were accurate.  I NEVER DISPUTED THE SERVICES!  IT WAS THE PREMATURE DISCHARGE!  That was never addressed by the hospital.  Once again, they didn't listen to the complaint.

The professionalism on display at Banner Del Webb is wonderful.

Recently I had a foot surgery and although I am still experiencing the post surgery pain and miseries, there is no doubt in my mind that I had the best of everything before, during and after the procedure.

When we are sick and hurting we are seeking help and relief. I assume some of the reviews here are due to the lack of good results, but it appears to me that they do what is humanly possible to care for us.

It may turn out that my surgery disappoints but that doesn't diminish my appreciation for the efforts, thoughtfulness and caring that I received throughout my experience. I certainly feel that I got the best medicine and care available. For that I am grateful. 

Thanks to all of you, both at the forefront and behind the scenes.

Could not have been more impressed with my results or the people who made it happen.  They were kind, informative and answered my every question.  All were fantastic, but especially want to recognize Bill.   He was something all should emulate.  Great job.

Dr. Argi screamed at my 85yr old father literally 3mins before removing a cyst from his spine. They refused  to admit him because it was an outpatient surgery. They refused home health care because it was an outpatient surgery. Within 36 hours he was rushed to the ER because he could no longer walk or hold himself up after the surgery. He was admitted to Thompson Peak Hospital where they provided excellent service. However because the core Pain Institute group and their team of Surgeons did the work Thompson Peak could not get involved in anything more than post-op care. The surgeon was contacted multiple times and the director of the Thompson Peak Hospital fought tooth and nail to have the surgeon and doctors look out for their patient. After getting lawyers involved they finally accepted him for one day and now today they are releasing him but 36 hours ago he could not even walk. Absolute worst group stay away, stay far far away if you value your loved ones.

This i one of the worst hospitals I have ever been too! Opon arriving there for my very first time I saw an elderly gentleman treated horribly then when he voiced his concerns he was told " well you're free to leave" ...He was bleeding and politely asked if he would be seen soon! Then after explaini g that I was having  chest pains I waited almost 2 hours to be seen or have any test done! I really could go on, but I think you get the point. I would NEVER go to this hospital ever again. I should have believed the reviews and advice from others who I know have been here before.  I would recommend that this hospital should be a last resort.
