Barbara and Robert are top notch!  I did a little research before choosing what I wanted, they gave me an exquisite setting and diamond at a price I never would've expected. Their turnaround is amazing as well. I needed my ring in a hurry, ordered it on a Friday afternoon and it was ready by Monday morning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind engagement ring. You'll find they're less than half the cost of retail and their quality is second to none.

I had purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from the Diamond Broker in June of 2010.  It was a great set and fair price.  I had wanted to swap out her current center stone for a larger cleaner stone for her 40th B-day.  I called Robert and they pulled the paperwork and gave me what I paid for on the center stone towards the new diamond.  I over-nighted the set and they had it back to me within a week.. 

Not only is the new diamond amazing, they also polished her  ring and band and it looks absolutely stunning!! It does not even look like the same set.  I know my wife will be thrilled!

I was going to go to a local shop in Denver but decided to call Robert to see what he could do.

I am glad I did and I highly recommend the Diamond Broker!!

I was brought to the Diamond Broker by a friend who has used them multiple times. The experience was great! Robert was very helpful since I'm new to diamonds. We settled on a beautiful stone and the setting for it. During the final transaction we did have a fairly big issue. Normally this could have been a deal breaker, but Robert went above and beyond to fix the issue. The outcome was fantastic. My fiancé loves the ring.

Make sure you pay attention to the "NO RETURNS" sign in the upper left corner of the wall. If you think about it, a place with a blanket no refund policy on anything (even a single stone in a plain solitaire setting that would take 30 seconds to pop out and put back in the display) probably shouldn't be trusted in general. I would recommend shopping at pretty much anywhere other than here. Robert and his brother both became quite hostile and aggressive with me, to the point where they were red in the face, when I told them I wanted to return the ring. They are unwilling to compromise in any way, I even offered to eat nearly 1/4 the cost I paid if they would refund me the rest for the stone, but to no avail. I probably could've avoided this whole situation if I had shopped around more elsewhere beforehand and not gotten involved with them, but I did not. I just want to make sure others don't make the same mistake I did. 
I told them I had an independent appraisal of the ring at $1100 less than what they said it was. They told me to "come back next week after he sends you the appraisal paperwork and we will talk". Before I received my appraisal, they called the appraiser and what do you know, his appraisal came in IDENTICAL to what the diamond broker said despite telling me different days earlier.
They prey on the ignorant when it comes to buying diamonds, and I hope none of you give them a single penny. You can get the same diamonds for much less even at larger jewelers nearby. Save yourself the money and hassle of dealing with these shady characters.

Could not have had better experiences (yes, plural) than I had at the Diamond Broker.  Both times I worked with Robert who was able to answer all questions, provided excellent advice, and followed through with phenomenal service.  

My first purchase was a custom made wedding ring for my soon-to-be-husband.  Robert was instrumental in the process of designing the piece (modeled off of a ring that was in their store) and recommending the diamonds that would look the best.  I gave him a very short lead time to get the ring done prior to the wedding; he even calmed that fear by telling me we could borrow another ring from the store for the wedding if mine was not completed on time.  He delivered an absolutely beautiful ring days ahead of schedule.  Could not have been happier with the final product.

Fast forward to this year... I decided I wanted to add diamonds to the same ring.  Of course I had to take it back to Robert and again he did not disappoint!  We went from three diamonds to ten and he removed all of the nicks that had been made over the course of the last year.  The ring came back even more beautiful than I could have imagined.  Ten perfect diamonds perfectly spaced on a brilliant gold ring.  

Robert and the Diamond broker are awesome!
