I ordered a slider didgeridoo a little over a week ago, and it arrived in broken condition. I called the store to get instructions on how to repair it myself, as it is expensive to ship a giant box to and from Alaska a million times, and they sent me a new one. A+ professionalism from the didgeridoo store.

Most of their business is done online but if you call and make an appointment you can stop by. I called and talked to Grahm and made an appointment on a Monday. My wife and I drove up and met with Grahm and he spent a good 45 min to and hour telling us all about didgeridoos and playing different ones to show us how each sounded. We picked out an absolutely beautiful one made in Australia by aboriginals and couldn't be happier!

Great Store! 
There is no where near me to get a Didge. (I live in NY) I found this shop online. Checked out there website and called them. They set me up with a Great Didge. I felt my money was well spent and they gave me great info and never tryed to over sell me. Local or Over the Internet these are great ppl to trust.
