This place buys extra furniture and decor from other companies and sells it at a discount. Some of the stuff is still pretty expensive, but there are definitely some deals to be found, too. We found an amazing deal on some decent quality bed sets, a very reasonable price on an interesting sectional, and bought an inexpensive queen bed set. They're due to deliver everything (they deliver up to a certain amount for about $150) in a few weeks. If anything goes amiss with delivery or setup, I'll update my review. We were happy, though, in the store. The selection for couches was larger than NFM and they offered different stuff than many of the chain stores, which was nice.

The store was huge so the selection was vast. I didn't see drastic price differences from the competition but pricing was slightly better than other similar pieces I had looked at. Everyone who approached me was respectful of my space and not overly aggressive. I appreciated the service rendered by all associated with my transaction. My sales associate, Robert Nelson, was awesome! Gave me space when I needed but came through in the clutch to provide amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend Robert specifically if I knew someone in the market for furniture.

After delivery #2, I finally have the table I ordered but not the chairs I ordered. Customer Service seriously lacking as they advise you to contact your sales rep. Sales Rep states to contact CS... you are left in a loop of ZERO COMMUNICATION. They're all nice and cooperative while you're making your purchase.. Better be sure you're taking it with you that day because after that it's a downward spiral to have issues resolved. Our order is still incomplete after almost 3 weeks

This is our first experience at the Dump, noting that our salesperson Amy is s real seasoned professional, working with us from the start of the "looking process" to final delivery. She met and exceeded all our requirements, never pushing unneeded merchandise and carefully listening to our requirements. Delivery was punctual (Haynes service) and drivers Anthony and Paulston were most thorough, professional, polite, and helpful in every manner. Thank you for making a pretty major purchase a great experience and we look forward to future purchasing opportunities

Was out couch shopping and decided to check out the dump. We were not greeted by any sales personal until maybe 20 minutes of us trying out couches. I was not interested in help at that point we were taking note and just shopping. The time finally came when we finally found a couch and love seat and we were excited to make the purchase but all the sales personal were busy with other customers so we waited and just hoped someone would finish a sale so we could make the purchase. About the 90 minute mark we flagged a salesman down and he would not make eye contact ans kept looking over my shoulder and was making contact with other customers so I decided right then that even though there was some good deals I did not like the way we were being treated so we left. I gave this place 3 stars because there was some nice items and very good prices. I would have liked to have bought the couch and love seat but when you cannot find a salesperson and you are not treated right when you do....then its time to find another store.
