I'm giving a 1 star only because I can't give a negative 10. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever delt with. They change their policy when ever they feel like and don't notify the customers. On the phone get told 1 thing then 2 hours later my truck is shut off. Ask questions and they cop an attitude and refuse to answer. Try to make a payment and get hung up on and they refuse to answer. The worst car loan experience I have ever had. Lawyers will be contacted to fix situation. Don't ever go through this company!!!

Both times we have made our payments at this location have been less than satisfactory experiences. The woman in the middle desk, didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself, was rude. Not responsive when I first walked in. Openly discussing another account holders personal financial business, using the clients full name while doing so. Didn't offer a receipt for payment and got an attitude when one was requested. We will be making our payments online from now on. Too bad they closed the bend office. The employees there were so much nicer. Edit: As I have stated before, this branch has a SERIOUS lack of customer service skills as a whole. They are extremely unprofessional. When I HAVE to deal with any of the females in this office, I feel like I am dealing with a gaggle of high school girls. They are catty, and rude. And when asked to speak with someone to offer a complaint, I was told I can't speak with anyone else besides them. What a crock. I advise anyone looking to do business with these people to look elsewhere. It's not worth it. They are scammers as most loan places are. Nice and sweet when you are in a vulnerable state and rude and unprofessional once they have you locked in.

I agree with the last review. Most unprofessional group of women. They are very out of line when they address clients, they say rude things that apply judgement and shame instead of keeping any professional boundaries. They also send out notices flat out lying just to get you to contact them after they have already sent out a judgment on you. This is after I made pay off plans with them.
