Terrible credit union. Our truck loan is through them, we've had insurance on the truck since day one, however they didn't have proof of that. So instead of calling us or calling our insurance agent, they just added on almost $200 to our truck payment. Then to top it off they don't even ask us if we'd like that money applied to the loan, or applied to the next several loan payments, or simply if we'd like our money put back into our account. Everytime we speak to anyone about anything it is always wrong, everytime, like they have no idea what they are doing. We will be switching it over to Mid Oregon credit union as soon as possible!!!

had a rough month and they refunded me some money to get my account squared up, they really help you if they can.

Refusal to work with me on a simple fee caused me to close out my long term  accounts.  Don't bank with these guys!!  They are rude and charge fees for EVERYTHING. Save yourself a headache,  (and money) go to Selco.

I have always had a decent experience here. Always had my questions answered. And the empowers behind the counter are always kind and respectful. Only 1 thing...I always try to use the drive through because the parking lot is a nightmare. Spaces are too small, and nearly no room to pass other cars. And not enough spaces.
