If there is any hope for this company to be successful the manger needs to go. Grace is the worst person I have ever talked to. She will demean you try to make you feel little and name call if you try to schedule late payments. I was only late once on my bill and grace would not work with me. She can eat the loan here soon. Grace is horrible and needs to be fired. Everyone else is decent. As long as you make your payments.

I just refinanced other debts under these guys. The staff was really friendly. I read the other comments for this place, and found the exact opposite to be true. They were right there, ready to help when I needed them. Thank you guys.

If you’re smart NEVER finance with this company!!!! They’re trying to make me pay 3x more the amount my car really is!!! Steer clear!!! Worst Company ever!!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The lady we dealt with was very rude and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Customer Service skills are pretty much nonexistent, and she doesn't care to freely give her opinion even when no one asked for it. She also talks to people like they are beneath her. I'm not sure why you'd be in a business that deals with people if you're going to act superior to them. I'm glad we are no longer with this company. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Never late on a vehicle payment and they have the nerve to disable my vehicle and caused me lots of money. Grace the supervisor was very unprofessional and very rude. Yes, it is your fault... I made the payment on time and there is no reason for you or your company to shut down my vehicle. I am calling the BBB.
