My husband and I had a great experience working with Matt Stout and the Consumers Financial Mortgage team. We were able to work with Matt completely electronically for our mortgage. He was so responsive to all of our questions and was a real asset to helping our sale go through. As newbie homeowners and real estate investors, we were so thankful to have someone that could help guide us through the process. Home buying is never easy, so it helps to have great people helping to make it happen.

Matt and his team were awesome to work with!!! Would highly recommend working with them on any financing needs. Hunted down the best rate possible even though that took extra work on his end. Was easy and streamlined and takes all the difficulty out of the process. Can't wait to work with them on the next venture!

Matt made sure that we got the best interest rate possible. This meant going through a lender that was more stringent but the savings will definitely be worth it. You will find he and his team easy and fun to work with. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you to the best options for your situation. He is respectful and never pushy or aggressive, which is refreshing after experiences I had with a few other mortgage companies in the past. If you are earth conscious you will also appreciate Matt's knowledge of sustainable home design. He founded Green Loft Co-Op an organization that promotes energy efficiency and green living.

I referred my mom to Matt Stout for her home financing and he went above and beyond expectations! He was able to get an amazing rate under 4% and he also found a few ways to cut her closing costs! He is honest, up front, and goes the extra mile which is hard to find these days. He was always there to answer her questions and was very kind and patient. Matt rocks!

The team at Consumers Financial are incredible! I was sent away by many other lenders due to my unique situation. These guys were able to find a solution, and got me into a home without any problems. They made it very simple to go through the loan process, and were very good at explaining all the details. I highly recommend using their service.
