I recently switched primary care physicians to Dr. Andie Lesowske at Everett Clinic Thomas Lake. I love her! She is smart, modern, and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel like she really cares about me. She always remembers what is going on with me, and sincerely asks me how I"m doing. I have chronic issues that require regular visits with her. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had. If you need a new GP, choose Dr. Lesowske. She's amazing!

I've been seeing Dr. Thomas since I was a kid and now my kids see him as well. He is supportive of our lifestyle choices and always listens to and assesses my medical concerns. The staff are always very friendly and nice, which really helps as it's somewhat stressful to go to the doctor (or anywhere) with two young children. :)

I have been a patient of Everett Clinic for 25 years or so. My GP retired about five years ago and I've seen a few through family practice at different locations since, but found the doctor I want to stay with at this location. Dr James Fasciano was attentive and pleasant to speak with. This is a newer location, so I was able to get an appointment quickly. Further, he spent nearly an hour with me listening to all my concerns and addressing them clearly. I'm sure when they have more patients this may not always be the case, but as they build a client base, now is the time to go! With the time spent, I feel Dr Faciano knows me now and my medical needs. His medical assistant was delightful. Truly, every person I interacted with was exactly what I want in a medical provider. Very pleased, which is strange considering not every Everett Clinic experience has been a positive one at other locations. Beautiful new building, hope to see this location thrive!

What a horrible and poorly organized facility. I had an appointment to see Dr. Faciano today and I was told I could arrive early as he only had three appointments the entire day. All of which were in the afternoon. So I arrive at 10:00am and the check-in staff tells me he is available and it will 5 minutes or so. 35 minutes later, I still sit and wait. I asked the check-in team what was going on and if he was with a patient and they stated, No, the MA just forgot to room you. Seriously? I sat for 35 minutes because the MA forgot to room me. Unreal. I asked for a refund for my co-pay and took my business elsewhere. This is the second time this has happened to me and this is a new facility. I would avoid it at all costs.
