If you want to get charged hundreds of dollars for poor treatment, poor customer service and unethical business practices this is the clinic for you. I went here for food poisoning and they didn't do anything for me and double charged my insurance despite giving me a different quote upon checking in. I had new insurance that didn't cover 100% and asked them for a quote on the appointment and they said an office visit would be $125. The doctor saw me for about 10 minutes, confirmed I probably had food poisoning and sent me home without performing any tests or anything. A few weeks later I got a bill for over $300 after they billed my insurance over $400. I talked to the front desk at the clinic and they told me that they have a different price for insurances which is unfortunate because anyone with a high deductible or insurance that doesn't cover the visit or any tests ends up footing the bill at the "insurance rate" for whatever the insurance doesn't cover. Since they balance billed me what the insurance wouldn't pay I would have ended up paying less if I didn't have insurance at all. This is a very unethical practice and it is even illegal in some states to do this. They told me I had to sort it out with the billing department which is non responsive. I called and emailed the clinic and their billing department for weeks to figure out how I got billed such a high amount for a 10 minute visit that I was quoted $125 for and there was never a response. They ultimately sent my bill to collections and now it has messed up my credit. It is even more unacceptable that they didn't honor their quote and never returned any of my voicemails or emails. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. Edit* Despite the owners response below no one has contacted me nor have I been able to reach them.

This is a great place to go if you need an urgent check up. You don't have to wait long and the staff is very nice.

Wish I could give 0 stars. If your not going to honor a appointment that is made via your website then dont offer appointments or at Least have the respect to call the patient and let them.know it's been pushed back. I advise everyone to just go somewhere else. The girl at the from desk was very rude anyways.

Soo I've gone in here twice. First time I broke my hand. They put a splint that the UW medical center made fun of becuase it didnt even go far enough down my hand. The second time I went in becuase I was sick. They said i had asthma... Got a second medical opinion because I knew that was wrong turns out I have strep throat.

My work schedule is very tight and so I called last night to ask if today coming in at 7:15 would be enough time to get a TB test, knowing that sometimes these things take a little more time. I was told that it would be a good time to go in. I go in and the front desk lady tells me that they aren't accepting any patients since the wait times exceed the hours of operation. When I mentioned that I called ahead she gave me attitude and gestured to the room and just repeated what she told me the first time. I respected the fact that things are time-sensitive by calling ahead but the person who had answered was not knowledgeable enough to account for the waits, so my time was not valued.
