Worst experience ever!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! Was told by the PA Roxanne Bliss that die to a result from a UA, that she told me she didn't know how to read, that I needed to go to the ER ASAP! Got to the ER and was told by the nurse that the person who read the report had no idea what they were doing/reading. Also told me that the results of that report were pretty normal and I probably just have a stomach bug and there was no need for the ER visit. Will NEVER go back to this immediate clinic again!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DON'T EVER GO TO AN IMMEDIATE CLINIC ANYWHERE ESPECIALLY HERE!! TOOK A WEEK FOR TEST RESULTS AND A WEEK JUST TO GET MEDS. IT WAS A RUN AROUND JUST TO GET THEM!!!! I'M BEYOND PISSED!!! 😠😠😡😡😡

I have been there multiple times for myself and I have never been disappointed. I recommend scheduling your appointment online so you won't have to wait too long. Doctors and staff are curtious and I have never felt rushed or uncared for. My BIGGST compliment for this urgent was not for myself. My 3 year old fell at daycare and he received 3 stitches from one of the doctors on his forehead. The TV in the room along with another friendly staff member really helped my son relax and they were able to stitch him up. The next day we went to our Pediatrican to get it looked at and they were impressed with the stitches. I highly recommend this place!
