We will be moving out in a few months (looking for a house now) but the staff was extremely helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. Getting my package from the main office was always such a pleasant experience because all of the management team was always smiling and enthusiastic even about getting the mail. The building itself is going through a lot of remodeling, but what has been completed looks absolutely stunning! Neighbors are quiet and everyone is pretty polite. Overall the experience was absolutely amazing and can't wait to see how the apartments look once the remodel is complete. I will definitely be recommending the Fairways to others!

Really like how they've renovated the place. Never had a problem at the Fairways and the staff is super helpful and pleasant to talk to.Would certainly recommend staying here!

AWESOME, friendly staff! Garrett, Jake & Sarah are all above-&-beyond at customer service, making it super easy to apply & move-in! Grateful I found them online - definitely consider Fairway Apts at Edinburgh if you are relocating to the Minneapolis, MN area. THANKS again to the amazing staff!

Living here has been a hassle and headache. Unfortunately, I'm still a resident and is now being asked to transfer to another unit and the transfer lease and contract that I'm being asked to signed is not accurate, it all seems shady. The property is not in a good condition. Worse management, I have ever encounter, they are rude, racists and treat tenants as if they are doing us a favor. Recently this property was sold and when I went to get a package from the office and because I have a long name and not both of my names were in the mailing label, I was quickly accused of not being on the lease. This property is advertised as a luxurious one and it is far from being one, aside from the terrible costumer service that you will experience. Most of the units layouts are next to impossible for furniture as some might be spacious but in weird shapes. Windows that face the golf course are in terrible condition as one can always feel the wind coming in. When maintenance request are made they are not taken seriously and are not timely taken care of. I highly advice you to not consider this property for your home. I'm posting this on Thursday October 15 of 2015.

Everything other reviews say are true. I am a current resident and this place is smelly and dirty. The new owners are terrible and so is the staff. They are rude, racist and no one ever seems to know what they are doing or talking about when you have an issue. There is mold in my apartment, the plumbing is terrible, and the halls smell like urine and carpet is filthy. Any service you need done because the place is rundown, they charge for it. They even asked for my ID to use one of the stolen grocery carts, ummm no. They don't belong to you so why would I give you my ID. The elevators are always broken, the amenities.... ummm what amenities everything is always broken. I have been there for 4 yrs and never used the hot tub, if it wasn't broken it was dirty. The gym equipment is old and barely works. People use it to go get high in there and someone took a poop in the gym and just left it on the floor the one time I went to attempt to use it and cigarette buds were left on the equipment. The bathrooms by the gym are always broken, several times I tried to go in there because I was sitting by the pool. This place is trash. The only reason I am still there is 1, I hate moving and 2 my lease. But I will be moving this year. Then they have the nerve to be "upgrading" the apartments and trying to charge even more, they are already overpriced. The outside appearance will definitely fool you. It looks so beautiful driving up to it, but the reality is hell. You are better off renting a house or town-home. When the previous owners where there, I didn't think it could get any worse, but the new owners and staff proved me wrong. I only gave this place 1 star because of the size of the apartment, other than that, zero cross the board. Also, this is not a kid friendly place. The current staff doesn't like children. There isn't anything for them to do. At least the last owners had movie nights and different activities for children. This office staff act as if they are doing us a favor and are bothered by any question or request, not like we are paying residents and it's our home. They never get things right the first time, you have to make several request to get things done and they look for ways to charge you. At least once a week, I see people moving out and that's been since I moved in. Not many stay long. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!! Even with the upgrades, it's not worth it. I could go on and on... I'm just being honest in hopes of making other aware of this place. They think changing the name will help, nope it doesn't change anything.
