I lived here some yrs now and like it to a point. I like the management and never had an issue with them. But I can say it's really starting to get bad living around here and not just our buildings. Zane area period. My building I live in is quite and has been since I moved in. It's the ignorant teens or visitors trashing the building/s and after our caretaker just got done cleaning the building. Someone wants to pee in the elevator after they just put new carpet in it because of it, trash and mail in walk ways and tons of garbage by dumpsters for wks. Caretakers don't take the initiative to clean it up, or management doesn't say nothing about it. Mail was staying off the ground when the previous manager was their and was on it and put letters under the door of a the resident who did it and walked around the buildings to make sure it was clean. Maybe that needs to happen again. When I was a caretaker of our dumpsters or property looked like what ours did, we got chewed out. We got written up if we didn't clean it up and it was still like that days later. Something needs to be done. I'm glad I don't have roaches or mice in place. I would be mad. It's sure not worth $800 and your price going up 30 to $40 every yr either. If your not on sect 8 your screwed. Then you had residents guest trashing the pool area and not watching the kids so they ruined it for the ones who want to go swimming. That's a nice big pool too.

For the most part its a very nice apartment. The only complaint i really have is just the noise from the kids outside all times of the day. I have a child of my own so i understand kids have a lot of energy, But i do feel Moonraker should have a park curfew because the children would be out until 10 or 11 pm on a Sunday and there would be residents that would have to work the next morning. And if they weren't outside they would be running in the halls and the stairs. My unit is right next to the opening of the building so i hear everything. But other than that i love my apartment, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Don't live here they will tow your guest cars. While theyre sleeping after a holiday meal. You go outside and your car will be gone. Management then will tell you. You better come up with 279.00. Or more if you cant come up with the initial 279.00. Youre cooked meat after this. The night of labor day they towed cars knowing people would have guest over. And they never informed the tenants that your guest need a sticker to park overnight. Nope your car will be definitely gone. Go ahead move there. You are going to be in a world of hurt. Do that make since people?

The mgmt are polite courteous and pstient. Jason the maintenance man is good. Sgauna is a great cleanet. Brian is punctual. Amber is patient. Rory is professional

I currently live here and the building I live in is OK for the most part. People leave their junk mail scattered about the main entry, people blast their music while waiting for people or just sitting out front (very irritating) especially at 1, 2 and 3 am! The walls are very thin and my apartment is next to the entry way so you hear everything. I don't know if there's a groundskeeper because litter is scattered around, but I don't blame the property. I blame the tenants which is sad because why do you treat where you live like that?!!! Spiders and bugs are in the hallways a lot which the property should take care of that. I know my neighbors and glad they're quiet. The neighborhood is what you'd expect for the location. I would say 800 is a bit much for my 1br considering there's nothing real special about it. The pool can only be used when the office is open. All in all I'm glad to have a roof over my head and I've seen better Steven Scott properties, but it will do.
