I would never suggest this place to live, in fact run. Management is not responsive and in the first month I had roaches, then I had a fly infestation which turned into bed bugs. Maintenance does not fix things efficiently. It took six weeks for them to come out and look at my fly infestation, by then I had bed bugs witch took another month. Now they are raising the rent. I hope it is to fix the problems. I would not want any one to live through this. Now it is spider month. I am going to the doctor to make sure there is not some kind of bug growing in me. Dam Dam Dam!!!!!!

I would never suggest this place to anyone. someone that doesn't even live at the buildings (unauthorized tenets) threaten to kill me and my brother who was visiting with guns and we didn't even do anything to the they thought were who they where looking for luckily no one was hurt be cause police where called but if I didn't have my alarm system we may have been dead they require you to have renters insurance because they know people will steal, rob, kill, terrorize you and brake your things you own but yet they don't have cameras in the hallway to catch them BEFOREHAND this is a problem. people have gotten killed here before ( if you don't believe me google it) and It wouldn't surprise me sadly if it happened again. For Petes sake an uncle and his nephew where trying to basically kill each other over a Madden football video game.....really....and don't make me mention the mini riot in the parking lot when about 20 people literally were fighting and throwing things and police took forever because they don't care and every one was having SO MUCH FUN WATCHING IT ALL HAPPEN in short this place bites big time never step foot in to any of the apartment rental offices on the whole street of Zane in Brooklyn park. Your asking for you life to be endangered. No ones life should have to be like this for any one at all regardless if your used to it or grew up in a place like this. I'm from north minneapolis (at the roughest time) and was there from 1991 to 2009 with 350 murders in almost two years in a row separately calculated so each years not together Villa del and the rest of these apartments on this whole strip are bad news save you life and time. there were about 8+ murders that happened in the generally immediate area in just the two years I was here at villa del.....you get my point......I hope never to go back..........

Horrible place to live. We are moving early before our lease is up. We have been threatened by other tenants and management doesn't listen to us. Don't move here.

Worst place to rent! we sign a year least last Sept 2013 and the for the first 2 weeks maintanence came by and took out lawn mover and 4 rims away because the manager never put down that we has a garage when we first out lease/paperworks. We got our lawn mover back but their maintanence stole our rims when they knew the 60-90 day hold policy. They took no serious action instead they gave us $200 of the next month rent. So freaken shady and BS, thats nothing! That place is NOT worth it service sucks!!! so much litering and enterance doors are always broken and it takes forever to be fix. One time the washer and dryer was down for a whole month! Cops roam by frequently. No one knows what they are doing and most of them are rude. will not recommend this place to anyone to rent.
